I have tried Duracell batteries regular and rechargeable ones and nothing is helping. There are no buttons stuck on the remote. Stream App volume fluctuations (low to really loud) and a/v sync now since 6.12 stream app update. Re: starting this morning all Xfinity channels are getting TVAPP-00116. As mentioned, it's up to Xfinity, who built the app and provides the servers to which the app connects, to resolve this.
